ArtFlicks suits solo creators who want one cheap credit balance for faceless shorts, avatar clips and thumbnails, and who are happy to start small. Skip it, or stay on the lowest plan, if you need clear billing and refund terms or a company you can identify.
Best for: Solo creators making faceless shorts on a small budget
ArtFlicks is an AI video creation app aimed at people running faceless YouTube channels and short-form accounts on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. You give it an idea or a prompt and it builds a video with AI visuals, an AI voiceover and captions, then lets you export it or publish it straight to your channels. It also makes talking avatar clips, UGC-style ad videos, 3D character videos, images and thumbnails, all from one credit balance.
The vendor says it is used by 1,662+ creators. The pitch is aimed at solo creators who don't want to film themselves or learn a video editor, and the homepage says no editing skills or software install are needed.
The faceless video tool turns a script or idea into a B-roll style video. For fully generated clips, the prompt to video tool uses the Seedance and MiniMax video models, with text-to-video, image-to-video and reference-to-video modes, batch generation and export up to 4K. You can make 9:16 videos for Shorts, Reels and TikTok, or 16:9 for standard YouTube.
ArtFlicks says it uses ElevenLabs for voiceovers, with a library of 1,500+ voices and 74+ languages. There are caption presets, scene transitions, visual style presets and a simple editor for quick changes. Custom watermarks are listed on every plan.
The talking avatar tool turns a face image into a lip-synced video with captions, using one of 18+ stock avatars or your own upload. There are also AI UGC-style video ads, 3D character videos and an explainer video tool.
Prompt to image and a thumbnail generator use the same credits, which is handy if you want the thumbnail from the same place as the video.
The free tools include a niche finder, a script writer, a YouTube transcript tool, a YouTube tag extractor and prompt assistance. The niche finder pulls trend signals from YouTube, TikTok, Reddit and the web, and gives each niche a category, format, difficulty, score and a short explanation. You can save a niche and use it as the starting idea for a short story script.
PostMany publishes a finished video to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Threads in one click. The FAQ says you can auto-publish to YouTube with titles and descriptions filled in.
Every plan includes the same features. You only choose how many credits you want each month. Credits are spent on images, videos and prompt assistance, and the cost depends on the quality and compute each job needs, so the video counts below are the vendor's estimates.
| Plan | Monthly price | Credits | Vendor estimate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $9 | 500 a month | About 10 videos |
| Growth | $29 | 2,500 a month | About 50 videos |
| Influencer | $49 | 5,000 a month | About 100 videos |
| Ultra | $79 | 10,000 a month | About 200 videos |
Yearly billing saves up to 15% and adds twelve months of credits at once. Unused credits don't expire while your plan is active. When I checked there was also a time-limited 20% discount code on the first two months. The homepage says you can start free with no credit card, but the pricing page lists no free plan and does not say how many free credits you get.
One thing confused me. The plan cards said credits are "added to your balance at once" and that "the pass does not renew automatically", while the same page also says credits are added every month and that you can cancel anytime. Before paying, I would check at checkout whether you are buying a one-off pass or a recurring subscription.
ArtFlicks packs a lot into a cheap credit plan: faceless videos, avatars, UGC-style ads, thumbnails, a niche finder and one-click publishing. The weak points are trust and clarity rather than features. The billing wording is inconsistent, refunds are narrow and the company behind it isn't named. I would only try it on the $9 Starter plan first, and move up once you know the output is good enough for your channel.
Monthly plans were $9 (500 credits), $29 (2,500 credits), $49 (5,000 credits) and $79 (10,000 credits) when I checked. ArtFlicks estimates these at roughly 10, 50, 100 and 200 videos a month.
The refund policy covers billing errors and fraudulent charges. It excludes change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI-generated content and credits you have already used, and requests must be made within 30 days.
ArtFlicks says you keep full ownership and commercial rights to the videos you create, and every plan lists commercial usage.
Yes. Its PostMany feature publishes to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Threads in one click, according to the vendor.
