What Blazly is and who it is for
Blazly is an AI marketing platform. It began as a tool for writing SEO content designed to rank in Google and get cited by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. It has since grown into a suite of separate products: Blazly SEO, Blazly GEO, Blazly Backlinker, Blazly Social, Blazly Lead Engine, a B2B lead finder and Blazly Local SEO.
The AppSumo listing named bloggers, content creators and solopreneurs as the best fit, and I agree. Blazly is aimed at people who want to publish regularly without doing every step by hand: keyword research, topic selection, writing, optimisation and publishing to the CMS.
Blazly SEO features
Content plans and AI writing
From a single keyword, Blazly builds a pillar-and-cluster content plan, so you get a set of related articles rather than one post. It generates SEO blog posts from titles, competitor URLs or your own keyword research, and automatically adds comparison tables, meta titles and meta descriptions.
Brand voice and humanising
You can train an AI brain on your product documentation and brand assets so posts sound like you, and a humanise option rewrites text to avoid typical AI patterns.
Publishing
Posts can be published or scheduled directly to WordPress or Webflow without copying and reformatting. Google Search Console is listed as an integration.
Blazly GEO features
The GEO side tracks your AI visibility, shows how you compare with competitors across the major AI assistants, and follows AI citation flow (which pages AI tools cite). The AppSumo plan table also listed brand sentiment, prompt tracking, a GEO health score, AI traffic tracking reports, an AI growth strategist, AI GEO landing pages, and white-label and CSV reports.
Other Blazly products
- Backlinker finds link opportunities, sends personalised outreach and tracks replies.
- Social creates and schedules posts and auto-engages across platforms.
- Lead Engine captures website visitors as leads with an AI chat, with a free starting option.
- B2B Lead Finder finds decision-makers from a description and drafts outreach.
- Local SEO optimises a Google Business Profile and tracks Maps rankings.
A Growth Engine plan bundles every product with a dedicated marketing manager, on custom pricing.
Blazly pricing
Blazly sells each product separately, with a 14-day free trial and onboarding and integrations support. At the time of writing the starting prices are:
| Product | Starting price |
|---|---|
| Blazly SEO | From $49 a month |
| Blazly GEO | From $117 a month |
| Blazly Backlinker | From $29 a month |
| Blazly Social | From $27 a month |
| Blazly Local SEO | From $49 a month per business profile |
| Lead Engine and B2B Lead Finder | Free to start, Lead Engine full workflow $49 a month |
| Growth Engine (all products) | Custom |
Lifetime deal. Blazly ran a lifetime deal on AppSumo, exclusive to AppSumo Plus members, with four tiers from $79 (3 projects, 15 articles a month) to $499 (50 projects, unlimited articles). At the time of writing it is marked sold out.
Limits and drawbacks
- Cost of the full picture. The original pitch was SEO and GEO together. Bought separately today, the two starting plans come to $166 a month.
- Content quality is on you. Automated articles at volume can easily become thin or generic. Search engines and AI assistants both reward pages that show real expertise, so plan to edit every post.
- Bold marketing claims. The homepage shows large traffic and revenue lift figures without saying where they come from, so I have not relied on them.
- Breadth over depth. Seven products from one young company means each is less mature than a specialist tool.
Blazly alternatives
- Surfer is a content optimisation tool with an AI writer and SEO guidelines.
- Koala AI writes SEO blog posts and publishes to WordPress.
- Visby focuses only on AI search visibility tracking and GEO tasks.
Verdict
Blazly covers a lot of ground, and the SEO product does the repetitive parts of a content workflow well: planning, drafting, meta data and publishing. The GEO tools are a sensible addition as AI search grows.
I would trial Blazly SEO on a handful of posts, edit them properly, and see how they perform before adding GEO or the other products. If you want one mature tool for SEO research and audits, a dedicated suite is the safer buy.
