Best AppSumo deals in 2026, lifetime deals that are still live

By Tom WattsUpdated

AppSumo is the biggest marketplace for software lifetime deals, with 340 products on its browse page at the time of writing. The problem with most “best AppSumo deals” lists is that they go out of date quickly: popular deals sell out and stay listed with a “Sold out” label. Every deal below was live on AppSumo when I checked it for this update, and the prices are those shown at the time of writing.

What makes a good AppSumo deal

  • A real, current product. Check the vendor’s own site and pricing as well as the deal page.
  • Usable tier limits. The cheapest tier is often deliberately tight. Make sure it covers your actual use.
  • Active development. Look at the founder updates and questions tab on the deal page.
  • Good value against the subscription. If the deal costs less than about six months of the normal plan and you would use it weekly, it usually pays off.
  • The refund window. Most deals are refundable for 60 days, but check, as some are shorter.

The best AppSumo lifetime deals live right now, tool by tool

1. TidyCal, simple scheduling and paid bookings ($29)

TidyCal is AppSumo’s own scheduling tool. The Individual lifetime plan is $29 and the Agency plan is $79, both with a 60-day refund window. Individual adds automatic Zoom, Meet and Teams links, an AI booking assistant, custom emails, analytics and 10 calendar connections on top of the free plan’s unlimited bookings, paid bookings and group bookings. Agency adds round robin, collective meetings and a team page. A small TidyCal logo stays on lifetime plans, and paid bookings carry a 1% platform fee unless you subscribe to Pro. Best for: freelancers, coaches and consultants.

2. SendFox, newsletters for creators ($29)

SendFox is also an AppSumo Original. The lifetime plan is $29, with 5,000 contacts and 300,000 total sends for life, unlimited automations, Smart Pages and forms, the AI email writer and full API access. Note that the sends are a lifetime pool, not a monthly allowance. Best for: bloggers, podcasters and creators with small to medium lists.

3. FuseBase, client portals and team workspace ($79 per code)

FuseBase (formerly Nimbus Note) combines docs, tasks, files and AI agents with white-labelled client portals, and now hosts n8n, Paperclip and Firecrawl for you. Codes are $79 each and stack without limit. One code gives 1 user, 50 workspaces, 1 client portal, 5 client accounts and 50 GB of storage; three codes give 10 users and 15 portals. Best for: agencies and consultants sharing work with clients.

4. Hedy AI, real-time meeting coaching ($179)

Hedy listens to your meetings, suggests questions and talking points as you talk, and produces summaries, notes and action items. The AppSumo Pro Plan lifetime licence is $179, against $299 for the lifetime plan on Hedy’s own site. Best for: consultants, recruiters and salespeople who spend a lot of time in calls.

5. Reoon Email Verifier, email list cleaning ($79 per code)

Reoon checks email addresses for validity, temporary and role addresses, MX records and inbox status without sending email, through bulk upload or an API. One code gives 500 verification credits a day plus 100,000 bonus lifetime credits, and you can stack up to 5 codes. Best for: marketers cleaning lists before campaigns.

6. WarmySender, cold email with warmup ($59)

WarmySender runs multi-step cold email sequences with a 200M-contact B2B database, built-in warmup and verification before each send. Tier 1 is $59 for 10,000 emails and 1,000 leads a month, 800 verifications, one workspace and one member, with 40 warmed mailboxes. Best for: consultants and small agencies doing B2B outreach.

7. Nuwtonic SEO, SEO and AI search visibility ($69)

Nuwtonic connects to Google Search Console to find SEO gaps, tracks AI citations across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI, and generates GEO-ready content and fixes. Tier 1 is $69 for one domain, one seat, 20 tracked AI prompts and 1,200 AI credits a month. Best for: marketers who want SEO and AI visibility in one tool.

8. AdaptlyPost, social media scheduling ($59)

AdaptlyPost schedules posts to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn and more from one calendar, with AI captions and images. Tier 1 is $59 for 25 connected accounts, 200 AI credits a month and three workspaces. The deal page showed a price increase due within days, so the price may have changed. Best for: small businesses and creators posting on several platforms.

Popular AppSumo deals that have ended

These deals are often still recommended, but all were marked sold out on AppSumo at the time of writing: SiteGuru (SEO audits), Emailit (email API), Viloud (online TV channels), Visby (AI visibility), Agency Handy (agency management), Teable (AI database), Lunacal (scheduling), Mootion (AI video) and reap (AI clipping). Most of these tools are still available on subscription from the vendor.

Are AppSumo deals safe? Refunds, Plus and exclusive deals

AppSumo deals are as safe as the company behind each product. The platform side is reasonably buyer-friendly: payment is handled by AppSumo, most deals carry a 60-day refund window, and AppSumo states that it validates each founder’s identity using a third-party tool. Deals marked Select are described as carefully chosen for quality, performance and support, and Launchpad deals as newer products chosen for their potential, so Launchpad carries more risk.

What AppSumo cannot promise is that a vendor will still be around, or still developing the product, years from now. A few habits help: prefer vendors with a track record and a public roadmap, read the deal terms for what “lifetime” covers (for example whether future AI models are included), and check how the founder handles critical reviews. If you want to compare prices or find tools AppSumo does not carry, StackSocial and DealMirror are the main AppSumo alternatives.

Patterns to avoid when buying a deal

  • No clear use case. If you cannot say in one sentence what you would use it for next week, skip it.
  • Very few reviews after months on sale. It is not proof of a bad product, but it is less evidence.
  • “Does everything” tools. Products that promise CRM, projects, email and invoicing in one often do none of them as well as a focused tool.
  • Quiet founders. If the questions tab has gone unanswered for weeks, treat that as a warning.

How to get the most from AppSumo

Buy for a problem you have today, set the tool up on real work during the first fortnight of the refund window, and keep a simple list of what you have bought and whether you use it. AppSumo Plus membership gives access to Plus-exclusive deals and extends the “We Got Your Back” guarantee on some deals, which may be worth it if you buy several deals a year.

It means the deal is no longer available to buy. AppSumo keeps the page live with a 'Notify me when it returns' option, but there is no guarantee the deal will come back.
