Our verdict

Multi Upload Tool suits creators, agencies and developers who post the same short videos to several platforms and want an API or AI assistant to do it. Skip it if you mainly post to X, need a full social inbox and listening suite, or want a long-established vendor.

Best for: Creators and agencies cross-posting short videos to several platforms

What we like

  • One upload goes to up to nine platforms, with settings per platform such as TikTok privacy and YouTube tags.
  • A free plan covers 2 connected accounts and 13 uploads a month with no card.
  • A REST API with Python and Node.js SDKs, signed webhooks and an MCP server suit developers and AI workflows.
  • Agency pricing is per connected account, and clients connect their own accounts through branded links.

Think twice if

  • Posting to X uses a monthly credit allowance (50 on Basic), unlike the other platforms.
  • Each platform still enforces daily caps, such as 15 posts per TikTok account and 10 per YouTube account.
  • It is a new, small operation (the company says it started in 2026 and is run by an independent developer).
  • The main docs table covers six platforms and does not mark scheduling for Bluesky, so check before relying on it.

What Multi Upload Tool is and who it is for

Multi Upload Tool does what the name says. You upload a video once and publish it, now or on a schedule, to TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, Threads and X. You can do it from a web dashboard, through a REST API, or by asking an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT through its MCP server.

It is built for three groups: solo creators posting the same short videos everywhere, agencies managing many client accounts, and developers who want one API instead of nine platform integrations. The company's Trustpilot profile says it started in 2026 in Lyon, France, and is built by an independent developer who answers support messages.

This Multi Upload Tool review is based on the vendor's homepage, pricing and FAQ, its documentation, and its Trustpilot company profile. I did not find independent customer reviews to quote, though the homepage showed a counter of 19,737 videos published by creators and agencies.

Multi Upload Tool features

Cross-platform publishing and scheduling

Each post gets platform-specific settings, such as TikTok privacy, duet and stitch controls, YouTube tags, thumbnails and playlists, and Instagram cover images. You can pick a date and time per video or bulk upload 50 or more videos with titles, descriptions, hashtags and posting times filled in. Videos are converted on the server to each platform's format, aspect ratio and codec. The FAQ says it accepts MP4, MOV and AVI files up to 4 GB and 4K.

Analytics, upload pools and webhooks

Paid plans add unified analytics (views, engagement and reach compared by platform, time slot and content type), recurring upload pools, content suggestions and webhooks. Webhooks fire on upload completed, upload failed and connected account expired, and are signed with HMAC-SHA256.

API, SDKs and automation tools

One POST request uploads a video to any mix of platforms. There are official SDKs for Python and Node.js, and the docs cover n8n. The homepage says it also works with Zapier and Make, and with anything that can send an HTTP request.

MCP server for AI assistants

The MCP server lets an assistant list your accounts, check a platform's requirements, publish or reschedule a post and read back how it performed. You connect by signing in with OAuth and choose read-only or write access. The docs are refreshingly blunt that these tools publish live posts, and suggest pointing an agent at a test account first. The homepage says it works on every plan, including Free.

Teams, agencies and smart links

You can invite team members as Admin or Member, with approval on Members' posts. Agencies send clients a branded invite link so they connect their own accounts through official sign-in, without sharing passwords, and accounts are grouped with tags. Smart links route bio-link visitors out of in-app browsers, into the right app, or by country and device.

Pricing and plans

Every paid plan has every feature, and plans differ only in accounts, teammates and limits. Prices are in USD, and yearly billing gives two months free on Basic and Pro.

PlanPrice (monthly)Connected accountsTeam membersOther limits
Free$02Not listed13 uploads a month, 5 GB of API uploads
Basic$14.998Not listed5 smart links, 50 X credits, 100 GB of API uploads
Pro$29.9920325 smart links, 150 X credits, 500 GB of API uploads
ScaleFrom $4935 included10100 smart links, 300 X credits, 1 TB of API uploads

On Scale, extra accounts cost $1.25 each from 36 to 100, $1.00 from 101 to 200 and $0.80 beyond that, up to 1,000 accounts. Paid plans have unlimited uploads, upgrades are prorated, and cancellations take effect at the end of the period. I did not see a lifetime deal on the vendor's site.

Limits and drawbacks

Unlimited uploads is true on the vendor's side, but every platform still applies its own limits. The docs list daily caps per connected account, on a rolling 24-hour window: 50 for Instagram, 15 for TikTok, 10 for YouTube, 150 for LinkedIn, 25 for Facebook and 20 for Pinterest. Scheduled posts are re-checked at publish time and rejected if the cap is reached.

X is the odd one out. Posting there uses a monthly credit allowance, from 50 on Basic to 300 on Scale, so heavy X users should check that first.

The docs and homepage are not fully in step. The homepage lists nine platforms, while the main docs table covers six and does not mark scheduling for Bluesky. It is a young product run by a small team, which is worth weighing if your agency depends on it daily.

Multi Upload Tool alternatives

  • Buffer: a long-running scheduler with a simple interface, better if you post more text and images than video.
  • Repurpose.io: focused on automatically reposting videos between platforms, a close match for creators.
  • Ayrshare: a social media posting API for developers, worth comparing if the API is your main need.

Verdict

Multi Upload Tool is a focused, fairly priced way to post short videos everywhere at once, and the API, webhooks and MCP server make it unusually friendly for developers and AI workflows. The free plan is enough to judge it on your own accounts. I would pick it if short-form video is your main output across several platforms. I would look elsewhere if X is your main channel, or if you need a full social media suite with inbox and listening.
