Our verdict

dopost suits creators, small businesses and small agencies who want a cheap multi-network scheduler, especially if they want to post from AI assistants or automation tools. Skip it if you need social inbox management, social listening or a long public track record.

Best for: Creators and small teams scheduling across many networks

What we like

  • Posts to 12 networks, including Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram and Google Business.
  • A free plan with 3 social accounts and 10 scheduled posts.
  • Hosted MCP server and HTTP API, with guides for ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, n8n and Make.
  • Client connection link lets clients connect accounts without a dopost login.
  • Frequent changelog updates, such as recurring posts and media conversion.

Think twice if

  • Post caps on Creator (200) and Pro (600) a month.
  • The site contradicts itself on which plan includes the API and whether trials need a card.
  • TikTok analytics are snapshots only, with no history.
  • No social inbox or social listening features are listed.

Review by Tom Watts Updated

What dopost is and who it is for

dopost is a social media scheduling and management platform. You connect your accounts, write a post once, and schedule it to go out across several networks from one calendar. It also includes a media library, analytics, AI help with captions and hashtags, team workspaces and an API.

The vendor pitches it at individuals, creators, businesses and agencies. Prices are in euros, and the plan limits suggest it is aimed at people who find the bigger schedulers too expensive for what they need.

What sets it apart from many schedulers is the work on AI agents. dopost runs a hosted MCP server, so you can connect it to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini CLI and other assistants and schedule posts by asking in a chat.

Key features

Scheduling across 12 networks

dopost supports Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram and Google Business. Recent changelog entries added Telegram (channels and groups, with auto-pin), Google Business (posts, offers, events and gallery photos per location) and Bluesky custom servers such as Eurosky. Recurring posts can repeat daily, weekly or monthly, and the calendar can show national holidays and other important dates.

Media library and content tools

You can upload media, import it from Dropbox, or connect Canva to edit and import designs. A media conversion tool resizes, crops and reformats images and videos to fit each platform, and you can drag up to 10 files straight into a new post. Hashtag collections, snippet collections and posting time presets help with repeat work.

Analytics

Analytics are included from the Creator plan. The help center lists the metrics per network, for example reach and engagement for Facebook pages, impressions and profile views for Instagram, and watch time and subscribers for YouTube. TikTok is limited to current account stats, because its API only gives real-time snapshots.

Workspaces and clients

Workspaces keep connections, content and media separate, which is how you would split clients or brands. You can invite team members with user roles. Pro and Agency workspaces can also send a client connection link, so a client connects their own social accounts without creating a dopost login.

API, MCP and automation

The HTTP API covers publishing, scheduling, threads and replies, rescheduling, media uploads and listing connected accounts and platform limits. There are guides for n8n, Make and Postman, plus setup pages for many AI agents using hosted MCP with OAuth. This is the part I find most useful if you already run content through automation.

Pricing and plans

dopost publishes its prices in euros. Yearly billing saves about 20%.

PlanMonthlyYearly (per month)Social accountsPosts per monthWorkspaces and team
Free003101 workspace
Creator12 euros10 euros52001 workspace, no team members
Pro29 euros23 euros156003 workspaces, 3 team members
Agency89 euros71 eurosUnlimitedUnlimitedUnlimited

Storage rises from 100MB on Free to 50GB on Agency, and AI credits from 100 to 25,000 a month. Paid plans have a 7-day free trial, and you can cancel any time with access until the end of the billing period. I did not see a lifetime deal on the dopost site.

Limits and drawbacks

  • Mixed messages on the site. The pricing cards on the homepage list API and MCP access on Creator, while the help center plan table and an older changelog entry put it on Pro and above. The site's structured data says the trial needs no card, but the help center says a card is required. I would confirm both before you pay.
  • Post caps. 200 posts a month on Creator sounds generous, but if you post the same update to five networks, it may count as five. The vendor does not explain how posts are counted, so check this if you post often.
  • No inbox or listening. I found no mention of a unified inbox for replying to comments and messages, or of social listening. dopost is about publishing and reporting.
  • Little public feedback. I could not load independent customer reviews today, so I cannot report on reliability or support.

Alternatives

  • Buffer: a well-known scheduler with a free plan, a good choice if you want a long track record.
  • Metricool: scheduling plus deeper analytics and competitor tracking, popular with small agencies.
  • Hootsuite: a larger suite with inbox and listening tools, at a much higher price.

Verdict

dopost is a capable low-cost scheduler with wide network support, sensible workspace features and a real lead on AI agent and API access. The free plan is enough to try it properly. I would pick it if I managed a handful of brands on a budget, or wanted to schedule posts from ChatGPT, Claude or n8n. I would skip it if I needed to manage comments and messages in one inbox, or wanted a tool with a long public record of reviews.
